Refund Policy
The following describes the refund policy for FoodTherapyMD, LLC CONSULTATIVE SERVICES:
- There is no refund for consultation services that have been performed, or services have been started.
- For consultation services that have been purchased but not performed, you are entitled to a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- For consultation services that have been purchased but not performed, there is no refund or cancellation after 24 hours of purchase. However, consultations are transferrable and can be used by a designated agent in the event the purchaser is unable to complete or utilize the services.
The following describes the refund policy for PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE:
- For physical merchandise, you if are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the UNUSED, UNWORN item in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with the H.E.A.L. Meal Replacement product, please contact PHOXFoods at info@phoxfoods.com or at 1-888-467-1333.
